The area to be filled is numb for your comfort, the decay is removed and the filling is placed and smoothed into the tooth. A specialty light will be used to harden the cement of the filling, and you will have a new, restored tooth. If for some reason the filling falls out or you have an older filling that has fallen out, be sure to contact the office immediately.
